2023 Holiday Season Updates

Hey everyone, thought I would drop by with a quick update regarding our plans this holiday season. As we get closer to Christmas we are beginning to slow down in terms of our support and development efforts to allow our team adequate rest and down time!

Support Updates

We support everyone and their beliefs and want to allow our team members who do celebrate Christmas adequate time to spend with their families and enjoy the holidays, as such please expect support and development delays during the following days:

• December 24th
• December 25th
• December 31st
• January 1st

We appreciate everyone’s patience and support as we push through the holiday season and will do our best to ensure no one is left waiting in our queue or waiting days for support during this time.

We are fully expecting to have both staff and development team members available but please expect delays due to shortage in available members!
