Terms of Service
Last updated 2026-08-15
These terms cover your use of Omniplex: the website, the API, and the listings on it. By using the site or creating an account, you agree to them.
What Omniplex is
Omniplex is a directory of Discord bots, servers, packs, and emoji packs. We list them and provide voting, reviews, and discovery tools around them. We don't host, operate, or control the bots and servers themselves. Each one is run independently by its own owner. If something goes wrong with a bot or server you found here, the owner is responsible for it, not Omniplex.
Accounts
You sign in with Discord. There's no separate password or signup form. Your Omniplex account is tied to your Discord account, and anything that happens to your Discord account (a ban, a deleted account) affects your access to Omniplex too.
You're responsible for what happens under your account, including listings you submit, applications you file, and votes you cast.
Listing a bot, server, or pack
Submitting a bot, server, or pack for listing means you agree to follow the specific rules for that listing type:
- Bot Rules
- Listing Rules (servers)
- Pack rules and content requirements shown on the submission form
Listings that break these rules can be denied, delisted, or removed without notice. Repeated or severe violations can also affect your account.
Voting
Votes are meant to reflect real, independent support for a listing. Manipulating vote counts, whether through alt accounts, vote-selling, vote-for-vote arrangements, or anything else built to fake support, is not allowed and can get your account vote-banned or suspended. See Voting Rules & FAQ for how voting actually works, including cooldowns and the weekend bonus.
Acceptable use
Beyond listing-specific rules, general conduct on Omniplex is covered by our Acceptable Use policy. It applies to everyone using the site, not just listing owners.
Premium, shop, and payments
Buying premium or spending vote credits in the shop is covered separately in our Service Agreement, including refunds and what happens to active perks if a listing is removed.
Enforcement and appeals
Staff review reports and listing submissions, and can deny, delist, suspend, or ban when these terms or the rules linked above are broken. We publish aggregate numbers on how reports and reviews are handled, see Moderation Transparency, without exposing anyone's identity. If you think an enforcement action was a mistake, open a support ticket and staff will look into it.
Disclaimers
Omniplex is provided as-is. We don't guarantee that listed bots or servers will be safe, reliable, or accurate in what they claim to offer, and we aren't liable for damages arising from your use of a listed bot or server, or from the site being unavailable. To the extent the law allows it, our liability to you for anything related to Omniplex is limited to the amount you've paid us, if any, in the past 12 months.
Nothing here overrides rights you have under consumer protection law where those laws apply and can't be waived.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as Omniplex changes. Meaningful changes will update the date at the top of this page. Continuing to use Omniplex after an update means you accept the new terms.
