Service Agreement

This covers what you're agreeing to when you buy premium or spend credits in the shop. It sits alongside the Terms of Service, which still applies.

What you're buying

Premium and shop purchases are one-time, time-limited perks applied to a specific bot or server you own, not a recurring subscription. A plan gives that listing a set number of days of premium; a shop item gives whatever effect it describes (priority boost, featured slot, supporter badge, vote blitz, or bonus premium days). How payment works

Card payments go through Stripe, PayPal payments go through PayPal. Both redirect you to their own checkout page and back. Your payment details are handled by them, not by Omniplex. Once a payment completes, the perk is applied automatically.

Shop purchases work differently: they're paid for with vote credits your listing has already earned, not real money, so there's no separate payment step.

Refunds

Because premium and shop perks activate immediately and can't be "returned," purchases are generally final. If a payment failed to apply correctly, or you were charged without a listing being credited, open a support ticket and we'll fix it or refund it.

If a listing is removed

If a bot or server with active premium or shop perks is delisted or removed, whether by you or by staff for a rules violation, the remaining time on those perks is forfeited. We don't carry it over to another listing or refund the unused portion.

Vote credits

Vote credits belong to the listing that earned them, not to your account. If a listing is transferred to another owner or a team, its credit balance goes with it.

Changes

Prices, plans, and shop items can change over time. A purchase you've already made keeps the terms it was bought under; it isn't retroactively changed by a later price or plan update.
