Privacy Policy

This explains what Omniplex collects about you, why, and what you can do about it.

What we collect

From Discord, when you sign in: your Discord user ID, username, and avatar. That's what OAuth hands us. We don't get your email, your password, or your messages.

What you submit: bot, server, or pack details you list, application answers, support ticket contents, and reports you file.

Activity on the platform: votes you cast, purchases you make, and the credit/redemption history tied to your listings.

Payment metadata: if you buy premium or a shop item, Stripe or PayPal handle the actual payment. We store that a purchase happened and what it was for, not your card number or full payment details. Those never reach Omniplex.

What we don't collect

We don't run third-party ad trackers or sell your data. We don't collect anything from you beyond what's listed above.

How your session works

Signing in stores a session token in your browser's local storage, not a tracking cookie. It's what keeps you signed in between visits, and it's specific to your device. Signing out or clearing site data on one device doesn't affect any other. We also store a few local preferences this way, like your theme and accent color, which never leave your browser.

Why we collect it

To run the site: show your listings, let you vote, process payments, respond to tickets, and enforce the Terms of Service and Acceptable Use policy.

Who else sees it

• Discord, for the OAuth login itself.
• Stripe and PayPal, for payments you make.
• Our hosting provider, which stores the data our servers run on.

We don't sell or rent your data to anyone else.

How long we keep it

We keep account and listing data for as long as your account or listing exists. Vote records and purchase history stick around after that for accuracy and fraud-prevention purposes, tied to an ID rather than anything that identifies you directly. Support ticket contents are kept for as long as we need them to handle disputes or repeat issues.

Your rights

You can ask us to show you what we have on you, correct it, or delete it. Open a support ticket to make that request. Some things, like fraud-prevention records tied to past purchases or vote-ban history, may need to be kept in a limited form even after a deletion request, if we have a legitimate reason to retain them.

Children

Discord requires users to be at least 13. Since an Omniplex account is tied to your Discord account, the same minimum age applies here.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as Omniplex changes. Meaningful changes will update the date at the top of this page.
