Acceptable Use
Last updated 2026-08-15
This covers conduct across Omniplex generally. Listing-specific rules live in Bot Rules and Listing Rules: this page is the rest, how you're expected to behave using the site itself.
Not allowed
- Harassment or abuse of other users, listing owners, or staff, on Omniplex or through it.
- Impersonation of another user, listing, or of Omniplex staff.
- Vote manipulation: alt accounts, vote-selling, vote-for-vote arrangements, or any other attempt to fake support for a listing. See Voting Rules & FAQ for how voting works and what counts as abuse.
- Spam, including repeated low-effort listings, reports, or support tickets meant to waste staff time rather than raise a real issue.
- Filing false reports: reporting a listing for a reason you know doesn't apply, to get a competitor delisted or to harass someone.
- Payment fraud, including chargebacks on purchases you actually received, or attempting to exploit the shop or premium system.
- Bypassing enforcement, such as creating a new account to get around a ban, vote ban, or listing suspension.
Reporting a violation
Any bot, server, or pack has a "Report this" option on its listing page. Pick the reason that fits and describe what's wrong. For issues that aren't tied to a specific listing, like harassment or account-level abuse, open a support ticket instead.
What happens when this is broken
Depending on severity, staff can warn, suspend, vote-ban, delist, or ban. Repeated violations are treated more seriously than a first-time issue. We publish aggregate numbers on how reports are handled at Moderation Transparency; individual reports stay private, but the outcomes are reflected in those totals.
If you think an enforcement action against you was a mistake, open a support ticket and staff will review it.
